Production Description
Pad-mounted transformers are made in power ratings from around 45kVA to around 6000 kVA and often include built-in fuses and switches. Primary power cables may be connected with elbow connectors, which can be operated when energized using a hot stick and allows for flexibility in repair and maintenance.
The rated power of TRANSpower's 3 Phase Padmount Transformer is 45-6000kva, the voltage up to 35kv, and it is grounded. Compartment Details
High Voltage Compartment: Includes six separable insulated high-voltage bushings, one 4-position load break switch, three Bay-O-net fuses, one 5-position tap changer, and a drip tray.
Low Voltage Compartment: Features a nameplate, four LV spade bushings with 10 holes, a vacuum pressure gauge, fill plug, pressure relief valve, upper fill valve, terminal support, oil temperature indicator with contacts, oil level gauge, and drain valve with sampler.
